To enter this year’s contest, simply visit The Fair-ly New Ice Cream Contest Entry Form page. Fill out all the details and submit. Remember, only one entry per person. This year’s contest runs from June 1 through June 15. The Ice Cream Committee will announce the top three flavors on June 22, before opening up voting to the public to select the winning flavor. The contest is open to all community members, regardless of age, including residents of other counties. The winning flavor will be announced on June 30. New this year- special acknowledgment categories for best flavor created by someone under 10 years old, most creative submission, and the Judge’s choice.
The public will have an opportunity to vote on the winning flavor through the CCE Niagara website and social media channels. The winner will receive a weekly pass to the fair and coupons for an ice cream each day. The only place to try the winning flavor is the Niagara County Fair, which runs August 5-9, 2026.
